Rule 1: Do What You Love

But I think just being bold and taking risks when you young, is so important. Because I can imagine working the hours that I do, if I didn fundamentally love it. And I think that the difference between somebody who successful and somebody that extremely successful. Somebody that good, and somebody that exceptionally good. Is the level of drive which directly stems from passion.
Rule 2: Get Out And Do Things
I think the only way to build confidence is through trial and error. I think when you young, one of the challenges is that you insecure about knowing nothing, and you think people expect you to have all the answers. Now, as a 34 year old, I okay with not having all the answers.

I recognize there a lot I don know, and I own that, and I love that, and it makes me curious and it helps me continue to grow. That why I always tell people just get out and do things. You have to learn through trial and error. You have to just try. I think it a very difficult question. And it one that I try not to answer for other people. Because I think by its nature, what does it all mean? It means different things to different people. You know, for me it very important to have a family, but it also very important to be professionally fulfilled. For some people, one of those is important, and the other isn So, you know, I think you have to figure out what your priorities are, in life are, and then architect your life around those priorities.

You know, it are some days it okay to not be home for dinner. So I think it always a balance. And you just have to do the best you can do.
Rule 5: Set Expectations
I think as a leader, I think you, um I think you want to be a benevolent one. I think you want to inspire your team. And obviously having them respect you doesn mean that they think that, you know, you soft or weak. But I think being kind and thoughtful is important.
